Project objectives that have led to the proposal were:
- define a project and representative image for the client and for the city;
- build a "machine-building," based on the energy passive potential in order to minimize the energy consumption and the winter and summer as well as emissions of CO2 in the atmosphere;
- create a "precious" space, the elevated plaza for public use, to ensure the necessary privacy and at the same time allow a common place to live, as well as the connection and access, is proposed as a living space and aggregation.
